Customer survey

As part of the survey, we record your answers to the individual questions. Participation in the survey is voluntary, as is answering individual questions. There are no personal data. The evaluation is then based on anonymous data (saved for 14 days). Within MK Esthetics, only those employees who are responsible for carrying out the respective survey have access to your data. A transfer or processing of your data to countries outside the EU does not take place. When you call up a single page of the online survey, our web servers record the browser software and device of your computer, the date / time of the call and any error messages in a log file. The log file data is used by us exclusively to ensure the functionality of our services (e.g. error analysis, guaranteeing system security and protection against misuse) and deleted after 90 days.
